On June 19,2004 my beloved 19 year old cat,Pennina passed away. Hard to believe that it has been 20 years.

My best friends in HS all left NY for “greener pastures.”My friends Barry and Al are in Oregon .My friend Patrick is in NC.Like you ,we do not e-mail or text .It is solely phone calls that can be as much as two hours .

We celebrated Fathers Day here this morning. I received 5 books and an Exercise kit .

Jahn’s on 86 St. is the only Jahn’s that I ever went to.The only Jahn’s still around is in Queens.Re 86 St ,do you remember Lenny and John’s Pizzeria ? One of the owners was marred to one of my co-workers.

There is only one Jahn’s left in NY.Toby and I went to a Jahn’s In Brooklyn on June 27,1965 ,our first date.We did not order a Kitchen Sink but we each had Sundae’s and Apple pie.

In 1964 I bought a 6” fan that can be held in my hand .It works on two batteries and came in a sturdy case .We still have the fan and use it.

Upper right .I have a Consultation appointment June 14 with the Dentist who would be doing all the work.I have had several extractions and implants done by him in recent years.

I went to my Dentist for my semi annual check up.Although I am not in any pain the X-rays he took show that I have two fractured teeth under a bridge.He told me that the teeth need to be extracted and implants will be required. He further said that it is imperative that this is addressed as soon as possible because it is possible that I could swallow a piece of broken tooth during my sleep causing damage to my intestines .

I just finished watching Eric on Netflix.It is one season 6 episodes starring Benedict Cumberbatch ,Gabby Hoffman and Dan Fogler.Dan is the son of one of my wife’s long time co-workers.We try to see every acting performance of his.He recently starred on TV in The Walking Dead,he is a Tony Award winner and will be in an upcoming movie about Bob Dylan. Eric is not a great series but the acting is excellent and the story is unlike any that I ever saw.Therefore,I recommend it.

A debate for many years concerns the definition of a sandwich.Some people say that only meat or cheese in between two slices of bread should be referred to as a sandwich.Others say anything between two slices of bread is a sandwich . I favor the latter .Any other opinions ?
