I've looked all over carnival.com and don't see anything about linking my upcoming B2B cruises, but I'm pretty sure I've read on various threads that I should do so, from memory a couple posts gave good reasons to.  Can anyone direct me how to do this magical linking thingy?  TIA

    Hi 🙂

If you booked online you have to call Carnival to have Back2Back sailings linked.

We have 2 JS cabins booked on the Paradise and they are next to each other. Can the balcony partition be opened by the steward?

What are the 2 balcony cabin numbers?? Many JS balcony partitions do not open. I can tell you for certain once I know the cabin numbers.

    Hi 🙂

The Celebration will however have self-service ironing rooms. I'll drop the info below.

    Hi all,

We have a back to back coming up where we will need to leave the port between cruises. Has anyone done this before?  We will need to get off with the early walk-off guest so that we can drive to the airport and come back.  Wondering how they will do this since typically we have just met in a room and walked off as a group with other back2backs.  This time we will need to get off early vs. being the last group off. Anyone have experience with this?

    thanks!

I suppose that in theory, you don't have to link your cruises, so they think you are a regular debarking passenger and then a newly arriving passenger...

The night before arrival in port you should get a letter explaining what you should do whether you are getting of the ship or staying on.There should be a card or some type of pass that states you are a B2B passenger and this should allow you to avoid the long lines boarding the ship.B2B are the best,

    Hi 🙂

You'll receive an (In-Transit Pass) with instructions the evening prior, as the previously mentioned. It won't be an issue at all.

Whatever you do, keep both sailings, (make sure both sailings) are (Linked) together as Back2Back voyages.

    Bon Voyage!

  5. Hi 🙂

Definitely Carnival Celebration. Because of the superior ports.

However, and this can be a huge however.....Carnival has been canceling Puerto Rico lately, and also canceling Puerto Rico on sailings a year from now, replacing the port with Nassau.

If you take away Puerto Rico from Celebration's itinerary, replace it with Nassau, that only leaves a very bad taste in one's mouth and St Thomas as the only superior port.

It's a gamble. I certainly would not count on Celebration going to Puerto Rico. As much as I rather sail on the Celebration itinerary that you listed, I would choose the Carnival Vista voyage because Carnival & Puerto Rico are far too unstable at this point.

WE are mid 60's and have been on 3 Princess cruises. They all have been wonderful but expensive and a little stuffy lol. I have heard Carnival has a lot of kids and heavy partying. What are the differences for those of you that have cruised on both. Planning 40 yr anniversary probably at least 8 day. Thank you

    Hi @ToyFoxFan🙂

We sail Princess, Carnival & Royal. Always long Back2Back cruises. An 8-day voyage compared to a 6-day or less on Carnival is literally like night & day. With Carnival just stick to longer sailings at a time when kids are in school. We find that February is best for us. You'll certainly enjoy an 8-day! Bon Voyage & Happy Anniversary!

We have had a Carnival credit card since 2019 and never redeemed points.  We now have 35,000 points.  Can we use them on an upcoming cruise toward on board credit?  If so, how do we redeem them?  What is the best use for these points?

    After a quick Google search:

    1) Log into BarclaycardUS.com & then click on the rewards tab. Then select the redeem Fun Points option. You have the option to redeem your points for cash back or pay yourself back statement credits, gift cards or merchandise. Redemptions start at 1,000 points for $10.00.

    2) Call the phone number on the back of the credit card.

That appetizer menu shown above is not available on Mardi Gras - or at least it wasn't in December, March or May.

The appetizer menu that I posted above & below is from April 2022 on-board Mardi Gras.

Also, I forgot to add this (check off menu) to my previous post with the menus.

That's the one I already posted the link to, but OP said it wasn't the one they wanted.

Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't notice our links were the same. That's definitely the recipe. However with a high yield (cruise ship size batch, LOL!), it needs to be adjusted down, but that's the recipe.

Does anyone know the recipe for Carnival‘s Caesar salad? I used to have it and I’ve lost it. Thank you.

    Here is the recipe:

When in the website you can change the yield.
