Where is the smoker's deck on the Mardi Gras? My husband likes to sit out there and meet people when we're cruising. Going on the MG for the first time in July!

  2. Wow....four pages so far in this thread about buns TOO BIG for the burger🤣

The OP is asking if larger buns containing more bread is a cost-cut🤣

    (Anyway)

Didn't anyone take a (really good look) at the original post & (member) to see you've been tricked & trolled into a 4-page conversation.

    #BunsTooBig🤣

I don't see them on the deck plan, but I see them available to book. Place holders perhaps or typical IT failure? Hmmmm.

    Hi 🙂

So far, as of December 15th when last updated, In regards to the Italian restaurant on Venezia, I located this information below from GOCCL. I haven't been able to locate any JiJi info.

  4. Hi @CanadianCruiseCritic🙂

I like option #3 that was mentioned by a couple of members above, instead of the 6-night Odyssey Of The Seas.

The Wonder Of The Seas out of Port Canaveral has four very nice voyages March 2024.

7-night sailings, visiting St. Maarten, St. Thomas & Coco Cay.

7-night sailings visiting Coco Cay, Cozumel, Roatan & Costa Maya.

Far superior itineraries than option #1 and #2...

Something to certainly consider, research & think about.

Seeing off another social media thread from someone on board the Legend that they announced a Man Overboard around 12:30 AM Tuesday then 30 minutes later called for a stretcher.  Person never hit the water...just landed on a lower deck.  Appears to have not survived. Ship went to Freeport to debark family and body.😢  Do know anything more.  maybe some one on Legend can chime in if true.

This is the only information I can find, so far.

Who ever buys Cheers on board @64.95?

I pointed out a ($166 difference) to a member without the pre-purchase discount in my example. No need to begin a dissection. Plenty of disection occur on these message boards already, Ad Nauseum.....Don't add to it. The example and the difference are too insignificant.

And it's basically hate speech if I say bring bottles of wine and drink water from the tap.

Why did you quote me???? You clearly quoted the wrong person. I made no mention at all in regards to water & wine.

I asked a member if they were certain that they used the drink package calculator correctly & I showed them the correct information based on their statement.

Interesting, at first I was of the mind set that there’s nothing to be proud of if your slamming back 15 alcoholic drinks a day for 7 days straight. BUT when I used the calculator and I was being modest with 2 speciality coffees, 3 beers, a glass of wine and 2 bottles of water, the cheers package still came out ahead. So definitely use the calculator!

    Hi @JustAPilot🙂

Are you certain you used the drink calculator correctly for a 7 day sailing? I put into the calculator the drinks you stated & came out with these results (below). Drink package is costing you $166 more.

What do these six dates listed tell me about the Pride's drydock schedule?

(I just see six random sets of dates with no ship names.)

For example, the Pride...what would be a normal amount of time needed for her to be in dry dock for the updates she needs?  Anyone have any inside information on how long this sort of thing usually takes?

We are doing B2B in April and had a dream or should I say nightmare last night that all the B2Bs were put in a room and told we had to stay there until 2pm.

    20 minutes ago, kwokpot said:

What do you mean by that?  what kind of 'room' were you put in? I've never ever heard of that. Done plenty of B2B with Carnival before and since the restart, never heard of that. Can you elaborate? Yes you have to all assemble in a particular place. but then depending on the CBP at the particular port they either lead you off the ship as a group once they zero out all the previous cruise guests, do passport check, then bring you back and give you your new keys and you're free to roam the ship. OR they bring the Border agents on the ship to check your passports and then get your new keys, never leaving the ship. If you have the same cabin you're able to go back to your room, or if you have to change rooms you're at the mercy of the cabin attendant if your new room hasn't been finished. In any case I have never heard of any cruise line not allowing B2B passengers free range of the ship - until 2pm? They start boarding the new passengers around 11am. So new passengers get to go about the ship and B2Bs have to be in a room?  What you're saying doesn't seem to make sense.

    Hi @kwokpot🙂

You might want to read @WhiteOptima's comment again.
