  1. Or maybe his wife looks after him 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Or he’s just a natural born spunk 🥰
  2. It’s not his birthday til March 25. Then he’ll be 85. It’s just he was holding the first of his 8 cakes that happened 5 years ago. I just added a very recent photo to show how much he’s aged in five years 😁😁😁
  3. We’re celebrating his 85th this March with Syd to NZ on Majestic Princess. He’s not doing to bad with his aging 🤣🤣🤣
  4. My husbands 80th celebrations ended up over three months, celebrated in Australia, UK and South Africa. He had 8 birthday cakes over that time lol
  5. Our PVP waitlisted us in every category to cover all bases.
  6. We did white pass from ship cos was unsure if the train would be full from cruise so we might not have got on. lumberjack show was just walk over from the ship. Ship price was same as do on your own $39.95 I think we did mendenhall vis the ship excursion and it was a bit more expensive but not exorbitant. we loved them all!
  7. Totally agree to keep checking yourself too. I was just saying my PVP was a great help
  8. We were waitlisted on two cruises, same itinerary. Circumnavigation of Aus. We scored a balcony on the first one, and then we saw drop in price so our PVP applied that too. Once the first cruise was complete led, we cancelled the waitlist on the second one. we actually received an email from princess to tell us our waitlist was accepted
  9. You can def waitlist in any category you want or even in a few categories. We did ours through a PVP. Just phone Princess. (Aus)
  10. Thanks I’ll looked it up too. I’m not a fashionista either 😁
  11. I’d like to know more too😁 You always look very elegant
  12. Thats interesting. Will keep my eye on it for next year. I know it is leaving Capetown tomorrow cos I have friends on it. I'll lock into Cunard site and keep a closer eye on it. And after ozkiwijj report im very keen to try Cunard
  13. The accent changes almost by the suburb in Lancashire it always seemed to me lol
  14. I don’t mean some people don’t pick that I have an accent from somewhere but generally unless they know England never ask if I’m from there. My sister has a very broad pommy accent after living most her married life In Birmingham
  15. I am told I don’t have too much of an accent still (I’ve been here 52 years) but then maybe Julie can weigh into the topic as we’ve spoken a few times lol
  16. But it’s true there were plenty of red lions too
