  3. We do everything through our CVP. The reason we upgrade rather than bid is because we can get any suite for the same price from Vista to owners suite. Since we like aft suites we can pick and choose
  4. Just make sure the cruise is under 21 days. Anything 21 days or over won’t work
  5. They make up those in massive batches. Many people make no changes. I usually keep all but the scotch which I trade in for vodka. If every setup was done per request it might take many more people and time to do the initial setups
  6. We always ask for them to put one drink on each account especially at the casino bar. You mention wine and coffee the coffee. drinks do not count towards your 15. We never use the app to order drinks we always order at the bar so we can get the drink we want made the way we want
  7. Just print out your travel summary in case of any issues
  8. You can pay for an upgrade to any category you want we cruise 3-6 times a year with either free balconies or insides and have always been able to upgrade to a full suite
  9. The train is very scenic but only currently runs once or twice a day
  10. It may be you haven’t ordered the medallion or left something out. Check all the arrows in the app and see if anything is blanking
  11. We always just pay the difference from the free cabin to the category we want and pay the difference. That way we can pick the cabin we want
  12. You should know that you can get duct tape at guest services. We borrowed some in November to temporarily repair a suitcase

  14. And you will be shown the long cruise contract that you signed off on saying that nothing is guaranteed itinerary, length of cruise or cabin location
  15. That steamer will not get through embarkation and they will take it away until you disembark. We learned the hard way
  16. Many cities impose a sales tax on drinks while in their ports. If you have say a Prius package it would only be the sales tax fit the menu price of the drink not on the package. In some cases cruise lines don’t put those drinks into the system until after leaving port

  18. Two months ago when I got Covid for the second time my wife was offered a separate cabin so there are still cabins being held back
  19. What date I was wondering if they were changing out to Catch like some other Royal class ships. We prefer Sabatini’s probably because the meat dishes at Crown are just too large
  20. You can call the dine line when you board and put your name on the list
  21. Those are authorization holds and will slowly fall off
  22. Different ships have different specialty restaurants you need to give more detailed information on your cruise. The medallion app should tell you which restaurants are available to reserve
