    My last EzAir was changed months ahead and I was notified by Delta not Princess/Ez Air

    Yes, my son did on his account. That’s the first place we looked when we kept getting the error message. The flights we had linked were just gone - the number didn’t even work. It’s like they vanished. No message, no email, no text. I assumed it was because they were booked by EZAir instead of us booking directly. 

    They just failed you, that’s not great. 
    I can understand why you would be wary of Delta and EZ Air then.

When we tried to pull up our flights we got an error message which prompted us to reach out to Princess. We got zero notice from Delta or Princess.

    I fly Delta often snd once it’s connected to my Delta/Skymiles  account I have never had an issue with notifications when using EZAir either.

     

    Did you link your flight to your Delta account?

    I always add my flights to my account on American and United, but they are not always reliable about notifying you when there is a change to the flight.  I just check my flights periodically.  Sometimes they notify me and sometimes they do not.

    In the app itself, you’ll get push notifications and updates. It’s very accurate especially the day of travel with gate changes and delays.

    My last EZAir booking was s return flight from Heathrow and I did receive an email as well from Delta when my times changed.

    I recommend adding your flights to your airline accounts/apps as soon as possible.

    Are you referencing the paid subscription AP offered by Expert Flyer?

    No, if it’s a Delta flight put the Delta app on your phone (skymiles) and link your flight (add the confirmation number) 

    You will be alerted to any changes with your flights even  if booked through  EZAir once **paid in full

  6. LeHavre-Paris w/theBateaux Seine cruise w/lunch - I actually did this tour  twice it was amazing and the photo ops are extraordinary (it’s a 3 hour drive each direction-traffic can be horrible so I suggest a ship tour for Paris-Our bus was late getting back but the ship had to wait)

     

    Cobh-Is adorable, the town is the port. We did the 1/2 day tour  to Jameson which was great, and sat outside at a pub in cobh after. 

    Cobh has a tourism site- I also visited the church and they have an overlook area for good scenic photos (they had a cute train in the past but seems the pandemic caused them to go out of business)

  7. Has anyone on a recent cruise seen if Pub Lunch has been brought back?

    I know on the Enchanted in January it wasn’t offered but curious if it has been on other ships?

     

    It was definitely always well attended and created a fun atmosphere.  

     

    i would hate for it to go away, I’d be willing to pay a service charge even.

    My same FCC was applied twice to the same booking after it was removed.
    The 2nd rep I spoke  to said it just randomly assigns itself every few weeks if a booking is open.

  9. I called about this last year and was told that the system will randomly  assign FCC to any open booking. 
    I was able to finally chat  with a rep who was able to lock it from being reassigned randomly, happened to me twice prior.

    This actually worked and it stopped it from happening until I chose to use it.

    You can book as many as you have offers for.

    I have done many B2B that were casino comps. You can book 1 with a casino offer and follow it with a comped/discounted or regular priced cruise. 
    Many offers are even valid to be used 3 times, read the fine print.

    (usually you only get casino free play for the first booking) 

    Yours seems to be limited to dates so it may only be for one sailing.

  12. Because you were moved off a quarantine floor you should have the option to pick a new location with in the category you paid for.

    I would have a few new cabin numbers ready so when you call you can tell them where you want to move.

    I was moved for the exact same reason and when I called (again you have to call as soon as the phone lines open)  I gave them the new cabin # that I wanted and all was settled.

    Don’t cancel yet, try calling again.

  13. Use it to try something new 😃

    On the Enchanted they had some great specialty coffees! 
    I loved the Honey Lavender Latte in the International Cafe.

    If you are a tea drinker you can order a pot of tea in the IC as well

    (not just a cup) 

    I would use it to try some new drinks, you may find a new favorite.

    I have also done cruises w/o the package and didn’t feel deprived especially since you can bring wine and soda w/you.

    Are none of those available near where you live?

    They are accepted by Princess 

    An issue  existed with CVS cancelling tests the day of which left people scrambling for new more expensive tests.

  16. It may have been a fluke but I was refunded the full gift card amount including bonuses that had expired. 

    (the bonus came separately in an email so It was easy to track that card as the bonus)

    I immediately turned around and applied the bonus to a different cruise just in case it was a mistake. 

     

    Perhaps it was part of the cruise with confidence  🤷🏻‍♀️

  17. Not Princess but my Mom is currently on the new Rotterdam ship and it has a full library w/newly released books.

     

     Princess ships w/o a library often have a cart at Guest services but it’s not publicized 

     

    I’m 45 and don’t use E readers.  I stare at a computer screen for 8-10 hours a day and the last thing I want is another screen. I definitely prefer a physical book.
