I was status matched in November, for our February cruise, and at that time Deep blue was not offered. But in December, when it was extended to March 31, it was added to my add-one automatically.
There’s almost no up charges. Everything is included practically. Specialty coffee and alcohol are pretty much all they charge for. There are a couple extra charges on some menus but not many.
I’ve always been able to pick seats at the end of the booking F2F process. Or as soon as I got my record number. At the end of the beginning booking F2F you have to pay attention or you can miss the select seats. Then you have to use the record number.
As soon as you’re on the ship go to wifi settings and join Carnival wifi. Then place phone in airplane mode. Then open hub app and go to internet plans and purchase it. You will put your folio number and birthdate and it will recognize that you bought it. Then you will be online.
I’ve done 16 on Carnival and a Royal and Virgin. About to sail Virgin again. Carnival has lost its appeal to me. The food and quality of Virgin is hands down the best entertainment and food we have experienced.
