  1. We had an offer to upgrade to a yacht club interior cabin but when I look online there are no yacht club interior cabins available. Why would they offer that if it is not available?
  2. Do you know if they have Harry Potter trivia? My wife really wants to know. Thanks.
  3. That’s why we chose early time dining for our next cruise. We have a table always ready for us. No wait times to deal with.

  5. Wondering if the Fanny pack belt is big enough to fit around my waist…
  6. Carnival announced the 2 new zones today. MEET THE CURRENTS ZONE WHERE THE FUN JUST FLOWS Let the fantastical world of sunken cities, mermaids and sea monsters guide you through this new and exciting zone —Currents! Encompassing Deck 6 and Deck 7, Currents, is an awe-inspiring, immersive and transformative space that takes guests below the waves with a playful vibe featuring new and exciting bar and dining venues and live music. When your clients step into Currents, they will be transported to mesmerizing underwater worlds, both realistic and fantastical, in a beautiful space that changes from day to night and throughout the cruise. There’s classic styling and innovative tech packed into the zone too — with six huge LED “windows” and the wave-shaped LED ceiling — that gives you views of immersive digital undersea environments. DR.INKS, PH.D BAR Dr. Inks, Ph.D. spends her time beneath the waves pondering life’s big questions while still finding time to sip. At this bar you’ll enjoy her favorites, like unique ocean-themed drinks such as color-changing cocktails, jellyfish and layered shots, and playful items featuring sea foam, boba pearls and unique garnishes that are as visually striking as they are delicious. Your clients will enjoy tasty drinks, live music and great company as they relax and people-watch at this along-the-way bar surrounded by an environment that transports guests to Dr.Inks’ underwater home. THE GOLDEN MERMAID This ultra-stylish lounge is home to a mysterious golden mermaid who swims to the depths of the oceans to find long-lost treasures of ancient civilizations and uncovers secret cocktail recipes. The mixological treasures here include cocktail recipes inspired by precious metals and gemstones, drinks served in exquisite glassware, plus garnishes like edible glitter reminiscent of sunlight streaming through the waves! All this glitz pairs perfectly with live music — it’s a perfect place to relax with an elegant drink before or after dinner. EMERIL’S BISTRO 717 Emeril our Chief Culinary Officer is a crowd-pleaser, and his style of hometown favorites — New Orleans’ Creole and seafood — is back by popular demand! At Emeril’s Bistro 717, the good stuff starts early with breakfast like shrimp & grits, poached eggs and — mm-mmm! — beignets. Then for lunch and dinner there’s seafood creations such as creole boiled shrimp, fresh oysters, stone crab (seasonally) and lobster, as well as Crescent City classics like jambalaya, fresh oysters, duck ‘n sausage gumbo, stone crab and more. THE SHORES ZONE—THE PLACE WHERE THE OCEAN MEETS THE LAND Located on Deck 8, The Shores is the place where the ocean meets land, a zone that’s inspired by the ways people enjoy the seaside including piers, boardwalks and beaches. An impressive three-deck-high fish school art installation rises from Deck 6 all the way to Deck 8 to bring guests up from the Currents below to the surface. Here, your clients will stroll along the boardwalk alongside colorful and playful designs, including a fun Ferris wheel- inspired ceiling feature, and casual seating areas, both inside and outside. COASTAL SLICE No seaside experience would be complete without some delicious snacks, that’s why the Shores zone delivers with two counter venues offering fresh hot pizza at Coastal Slice or Beach Buns where your clients can enjoy delicious sandwiches and hot dogs to enjoy by the boardwalk or al fresco on the lanai. MARINA BAR Inspired by the shores of New England, with nautical, boating and yachting themes, this inside- outside bar is the perfect place for enjoying coffee and cocktails inside by the boardwalk or outside by the sea. PLUS, FAN-FAVORITE ZONES THAT ARE SURE TO WOW In addition to Currents & Shores, Carnival Jubilee will also be home to four zones filled with spectacular activities and venues that guests have gotten to love on both Mardi Gras and Carnival Celebration including Grand Central, The Ultimate Playground featuring BOLT, the Ultimate Sea Coaster, Summer Landing and Lido.
  7. Yes. It was very good. I was very sad when it went poof. The cakes you could order for celebrations for $10 was also at one time delicious.
  8. Yeah, Chibang doesn’t bother us because we don’t care for it. But we love Cucina.
  9. It has been talked about before on JH’s page. It’s a pilot starting next week on Mardi Gras only at this time.
  10. Do you know if the American Breakfast service fee is for however much you want or for per item?
  11. You can only book reservations the day of and during open hours. So anyone with the app open and looking for a reservation can get one. Nobody has an advantage. YTD diners can book anytime during dinner hours. Fixed dining diners have to wait until after 7:30.
  12. I bet Covid threw a big ole wrench in their plans. They had to make changes instead of cramming people in wherever. Mardi Gras and Celebration were already planned out before covid hit. Just a guess though.
  13. I haven’t ordered it in years. It tastes like cheap chocolate. Not as bad as the chocolate in the chocolate extravaganza on the buffet but still not very good. It almost grates in my throat when it’s runny. I get the butter n blank and the other one. I mostly love the. creme brûlée. Some of the cakes at lunch are decent. The gelato is pretty decent. But I usually end up getting g something from Cherry on Top to satisfy my sweet craving.
  14. There will be a location that they have to meet people and assign them to a bus. They won't be at the bag area for your particular flight.
  15. I hadn’t seen liquor in French Onion soup either. It apparently does affect the taste. I’ve seen mixed reviews of likes or dislikes when people try it. I’m sure it would make a difference. I personally like it and order it most times I see it on the menu. I will definitely try it at least once on our next cruise.
  16. #21 if I’m on deck 4 and get on an elevator and want to go to deck 7 and a suite person gets on deck 5 and wants to go to 15 it won’t stop to let me off? That’s crazy.
  17. Unless someone else can confirm this I won’t know until May 28. But I’ve heard a few vloggers say you can. A lot of people aren’t very technical and may not realize the details involved in doing so. We shall see.
  18. Actually they are doing this now. @JamieLogical confirmed that in this review.
  19. yep, I just looked again and nothing is available for May 14. Check often because something may come up again.
  20. The packages should be available sooner than that as we booked the 3 Dining experience at about 70-75 days out. It should be online under your booking as an add-on The one for $99 is the Butcher's Cut Chefs Table
  21. That’s the rub. I think there’s a place for them though. Look at Carnival bringing over 2 Costa ships with Fun Italian style. Hopefully they see the need for a different experience. As long as that experience hits the mark.
  22. You’re correct, I mistakenly misunderstood something I was told years ago. Sorry for the incorrect information.
  23. It’s the sulfites that the US requires. Wine in Europe is so much better if you can get it without sulfites.
