  1. Okay, I didn't notice. I guess it was my lexidysa coming through.
  2. Well we really enjoyed the Glory. It was one of the best cruises. I am referring to I-phone text without using the ships wifi. The Carnival hub app texting worked fine.
  3. back in June 22 on the Breeze I could send and receive texts to and from my brother and sister off the ship and my wife and child on the ship during the entire cruise but a few months after on the Valor-no luck. Then on the Gory in June 23 I got a few texts but could not send any. So it does work randomly.
  4. Some times I-phone to I-phone texting works but not always.
  5. You should have a small faster to the fun on the top of the boarding pass. Try printing them again.
  6. I am unsure if the kids can take cell phones into the camps.
  7. I understand he original poster didn't mention priority status. My point was the in my experience the staff were not concerned about check-in times. (but they were looking for those with priority status.
  8. Our most recent cruises have been out of New Orleans and Mobile- neither were concerned with the check-in times. They called those with priority to the front of the line.
  9. I have noticed a few different ones on the ship that were not advertised online but if you no there is one you want, then prebook.
  10. From what I see a passport card is $40 cheaper than a book. So if money is issue just go with the birth certificate and ID. Enjoy!
  11. Right, cruise cash is a way of gifting other people on their cruise. I know some people want to prepare for their onboard expenses but it takes only a few minutes to load cash to your onboard account once on the ship. But for me, funding your account with a credit card makes the most sense. I would rather travel with someone else money and settle up once at home.
  12. Carnival doesn't require a minimum amount but make sure you have enough to cover your purchases and an emergency that might arise. I found that backing the account up with a credit card is the best for my family.
  13. Wow, I hope there are not a lot of adults who are trying to get teenagers drunk.
  14. I am not sure if the casino thing still works but most people don't have any trouble spending some cruise cash.
  15. I would bring the marriage license and divorce decree just in case. A cruise costs too much to risk on paperwork.
  16. As I stated on Carnival the pool rules apply to the splash areas.
  17. The splash pad is around the waterslide but not at the bottom on the ships I have sailed on.
  18. I would buy a brand new one if there is any question.
  19. The sofa should work fine for a two year old. When our child was two, I took the pull down bed and my wie and child took the kid size bed. Make sure you have the legal paperwork needed for traveling out of the country with your grandchild. Have a great time!
  20. Don't all the Carnival ships have a splash area? But the swimming pool rules apply.
  21. No, I think it is around $5.00.
  22. There is no guarantee they are Louisiana oysters since the Louisiana oyster producers cannot fulfill the demand, even of Louisiana restaurants and stores so the oysters could be from other states.
  23. Goodluck! In the past I had some individual serving size protein shakes that were a little larger than a hot chocolate pack that I used for weight management. I brought them on several cruises.
  24. If I had to have a protein drink, I would try to find a powered one that is a lot easier to carry.
