  1. The Atrium, that one lonely render we started this thread with some 2 years ago! 295791300_567297718213558_3275838428670930875_n.mp4
  2. Selfievator lobby! Floor unknown, not the average stateroom deck it seems. Or is it? 295095026_458380102813850_2559454025376742663_n.mp4
  3. Point of view: Taken from the Belvedere Bar, seating next to the Commodore Room entrance (out of picture on the right), with the staircase behind the photographer.
  4. Hmmm... Are that multiple beer pumps in a row for draft beer?
  5. And only for those who were transfering intra Europe (originating elsewhere in Europe and to somewhere else in Europe through AMS). That part of the bagage transport system had some difficulties and as a precaution of some kind they limited checked bagage. The start of the summer peak season is in full swing, still lots of lines for those departing from Schiphol. The first line is for checking bags, the second one is towards the security filter. At the end of the summer Schiphol will have less departing pax and more returning pax (from vacation), which will hopefully help!
  6. A pan around the Bistro: 294948007_592205862469822_9004658600264007224_n.mp4
  7. I here by present you the Norwegian Prima Selfievator! This 3D elevator(s?) are helpfull if you got served water downed alcoholic beverages if you were born before the millenium bug. Your next drink will kick in! And if you are from this century you will feel the irrestible urge to immediately take a selfie, or two, or three. Strike a pose! edit: hashtag nofilter, hashtag iamonaboat, burp!
  8. Ahh, 2019, the things that worried us before Covid struck the world...
  9. You will enter the Schengen passport control and security in the secured area (transfer pax, from Lounge 2 to Lounge 1), although that checkpoint can be very busy it also can be very quiet, depending on the flights/the time of day/number of passengers transfering. The current problems mentioned are the check in lines outside the airport and the security filter feeding into the terminal lounges, for these departing from Schiphol.
  10. I think all the Dutch bank ATM's after security belonged to ABN AMRO Bank and they closed their Schiphol activities in january this year. Had to Google it but it makes sense now why I was wondering why their ATM's and small branch were boared up earlier this year.. It's all Travelex after security now.
  11. The carpeting made me think it was some sort of guest cabin.
  12. Nice. Leaving Italy mid august at the latest, arriving the 20th in Southampton for a mini cruise or night at the dock, an a day or five left to get to Reykjavik! Seems we figured it out.
  13. Marghera, Venice - Reykjavik Cruise Terminal, Iceland is approx. 6800km/4200 miles. when drawn in a ship's course (Google Map; right click; measure distance tool). 6800 kilometers = 3671.70626 nautical mile. With a constant top speed of 21 knots (1 knot is 1 nautical mile per hour), 3671 devided by the speed it would take 174,8 hour. Slightly over 7 days. With perhaps a refuel stop (Gibraltar?) let's say 8-10, max. 12 days? Passing through in the Med would probably take up half of the total time, once passed the Strait of Gibraltar it's almost a straight course. Unless they refuel at a Cork in Ireland i.e. Iceland is quite expensive, not sure NCL wants to refuel there.
  14. Above is deck 15, on the bridge wing, with the straight down windows of the Spa; B4 Family Balcony and BA Balcony's behind him.
