No you keep those but instead of Blu you gain access to Luminae and you get access The Retreat. You will only get CC points for your original Acqua booking and not the points for a Sky Suite.
Difference is that the West Coast curies that @Jim_Iainis on stayed in the time zone for multiple days (I think they only changed twice). On the referenced cruise Belize was the only port in Central Time zone.
I guess I don't. I have only been sailing on Royal Caribbean since 2007.
I guess we will have to wait until after December 16th to find out for sure.
I really do not have a dog in that hunt. I am not a Pinnacle and have no real plan to get to that level.
Actually there is not - I looked. The footnote simply says access is restricted to suite and pinnacle guest and you are not allowed to bring other non-suite/pinnacle guest into the lounge. Kids must be accompanied by an adult.
I am inclined to agree that this announcement eases my mind to some extent. As others have said above, now that the decision is made and is consistent across all ships, the footnote for Lounge access no longer becomes an issue. Not Pinnacle, not in a suite == no Suite/Concierge lounge access. No longer any ambiguity or waiting until onboard to see if you have access or not.
We have one upcoming RCCL and two Celebrity cruises booked for next year.
We are booked in suites for all three cruises. I have found that if I want Lounge access, I might as well book a suite.
When we used it, we always thought it was a little more quiet than the Diamond Lounge and had better service. We especially like it on Brilliance due to the nice small bar they had in the lounge.
Good luck keeping it a secret. You should also give the dining room staff, especially your waiters, a heads up that it's a secret as they will have that information available. Also make sure your stateroom attendant knows.
It might help to make a show of getting the suitcases out the last night of the first leg and have them go through the motions of packing their stuff in their bags.
I have seen alcohol free wine, brand name is Fre iirc, but not alcohol free gin. Did not even know they made an alcohol free gin.
You can order most cocktails as mocktails, made without alcohol, at most bars. I say most because I do not believe they are available at the World Class bar.
If you go into your cruise Planner, click on this upgrade package and READ what it says there is absolutely no ambiguity at all about what is being purchased - "$9.99 per person per day"
I just checked and I am able to make dining reservations for both our upcoming cruises, 21 April and 5 November, on Millie via the Web site under Plan My Cruise.
