Sitting in Centrum now by Lobby Bar listening to Caribbean music on the way to Greenland. Nothing like it anywhere else in the world.

Had to ask a crew member in Windjammer to take us up there,we saw stairs chained off also.

Just came from Izumi for lunch. Could not enter from outside deck because of wind and wet decks entered through crew hallways. Food was good,but it was rocking and rolling up there on the aft of deck 12.

Pretty much why we won't be doing anymore Caribbean sailings, Been There done that, too hot !!

We have just learned they picked up some mint in Manhattan,but was just handed out this morning to the bars 🙂 We did just learn they are out of limes,so everything that should a lime in it now comes with a lemon in it.

Frozen .Mohito try one in bottom floor of Centrum,my Wife loves them. The other bars make the drink but don't have the mint leaves.

Few pics. Found the only bar (bottom bar in the Centrum deck 4)onboard that actually has mint leaves to make a Frozen Mohito the correct way,all the other bars say they don't have the leaves.

Had the tenderloin about 3 hours ago tonight, portions are small, our waiter got us a second plate. It was very good, medium rare. 🙂

Current location,just a little rocky.seas 5 to 7 foot waves 66 degrees. All pools are closed except main pool. One person taken off ship late last night by helicopter. Still heading east.

Took a train from Virginia to Newark for 8 and a half hours to get to our cruise. We weren't getting on another train.....

Projected route we are taking to Greenland tonight is, we will be sailing south out of NY then sail East after we get below the hurricane then we will sail directly north to Greenland. Seems like the best way to get there I guess.

Traffic !

My wife talked about going there but that was about 5 miles from the ship, 35 minute drive one way. Decided to just walk down 44th street toward time square and have lunch at Bubba Gumps. Stopped at Target on the way back to the ship and picked up a few things also.

We are right along side your ship now in Manhattan,but we are leaving tonight(Friday) and going north up to Greenland. Same path you just came from.

When sailed from Bayonne to overnight in Manhattan last night. We leave tonight at 6pm and head north,in Manhattan now.

Also wanted to add this ship has some of the hottest water we have ever had on any ship we have ever been on. Will have some pictures to post of our ship cruising from Bayonne to Manhattan later tonight of the tall buildings in the skyline. Leaving the ship now. Who knows this might be the last day we touch land out of the next 12 days......

Was really nice finally boarding a cruise ship again, actually it has been 6 years since our Alaska Cruise. Been to NYC many times, we are just going to walk off and go to Bubba Shrimps for lunch, None of those around in Virginia, it's about a 1 mile walk one way. Other then that, that is about all. Check out some stores during our walk both way too. Just taking it easy before seas get rough I imagine, sailing out of here around 6pm, probably just a Windjammer night for dinner since we want to be outside for sailaway.

We didn't check yesterday before we went there because the line was over a 1 hour wait or longer.
