Just went to Chops,and moved our night to night 3 at 8:15...Explained to him I prepaid for 1 person and was bringing my Wife and using our Bogo coupon. I then said when we get our bill it should have a " $ 0.00....on it and he said yes....I guess all we can do now is wait and see how it goes.

We didn't tell them anything before we ate,we just had a reservation for one,I then said my Wife will be joining me He said that is fine no problem . Then when it was time to get a bill,he sees we are Diamong plus and we can use the Bogo deal...bring the bill and there is a full charge for one dinner. He said that was the only way to ring up the BOGO FREE DEAL.. But I kept telling him I prepaid for the one meal allready with OBC Eventually he comped the whole meal.Later I went back with cash for a tip for the waiter. Tonight we are going to go to Chops and see how they handle it. we did go the guest relations later and got documents that we prepaid with OBC. So tonight we will be more prepared. Wish us luck.

@little britain Good Morning, Have a question I believe you were one of the people who use the Buy One Get one Free Diamond Plus coupon for dinner in the speciality restaurant the 1st 2 nights? We went to Giavonnis's last night. We prepaid for 1 person and reserved the day and time we wanted. So we went at desired time my Wife and I got our bill they rung it up and still charged us like $57.00 when it should have been $zero. Had to go down to customer service to straighten it out and prove to the restaurant that we did prepay for our dinner....It was a real mess, did you run into the same problem last night?

What are the chances of an extended cruise for you since it looks like you will be sailing straight into the storm on the 16th. Doesn't look like it will be a comfortable ride at all? Any talk of sailing back to Baltimore a day or 2 early to avoid the worst of the weather? Any talk onboard what they are planning to do?

What do you do put your card in, select a certain amount and then cash out without even pulling handle or pushing the button one time?

I Can get chips though in the Casino right, then later on in the night cash the chips out for cash? I can do that with no fee can't I ?

Another question, because we not really sure where we are going on this cruise can we use our sea pass card to get cash at the guest relations desk? I assume we can use our sea pass card to get chips at the casino and then turn them back into cash right without any kind of fee, is this correct?

Cool, What time do you arrive at Newark Penn? 3pm for us coming from the South. We get on where the train originates at Roanoke, Va. Didn't want to hassle with Air Flights, etc. Always delayed for one reason or another.

You might get a free ride home, going North or South might not be an option for us, Going East back over the Pond might be the best option for us. Then Royal can fly us back to Bayonne. lol

Tracking says it won't return until September 9th to Seward.

Thank you both, Guess we will hold onto the excursion for now if it looks like the weather is going to be bad the day we are there we may elect to cancel the tour and just go onshore ourselves for a little bit and just walk around ourselves. How are the seas today on your sailing back to Canada?
