I am entitled to 250 dollars for holding carnival shares. I have sent all the required information to the email address in the uk: benefits@princesscruises.co.uk They simply do not respond. My cruise starts in 22 days time. What can I do? What telephone number can I call? Do they answer it within a reasonable time frame?

I cannot get a reply from the address: benefits@princesscruises.com What can I do? My cruise is only 30 days away Help please!

Thank you to you both . I am now a lot clearer. We are in a suite and therefore will enjoy breakfast in Sabatinis. Also lunch on sea days, if that is correct?

How does this work? Is each person with the plus package allowed to connect up just one device? Is the first device they use the only one they can then use ? I think we do have WiFi included as Platinum members. Can this be used as well? The reason for asking is that we would want to use our smartphones for Whatsapp messaging but then our ipads for reading newspapers etc. Is the best solution to just use one smartphone and one ipad, for us as a couple?

I am a little confused about Club class dining on Sky Princess. Is it in Estrella MDR? The reason I ask is tied up with the Medallion App. We are dining club class yet the APP asks me to book a reservation in Estrella or Ceilo. Surely this is a mistake or is it saying that I can choose not to eat Club class? I don't think so after paying extra for club class! Is it best to just ignore the APP as far as possible? Incidentally what extra things are available in the Club Class restaurant. I heard that freshly squeezed orange can be ordered. Is this correct? Is breakfast at all similar to the special room (Marko Pierre white) on P & O? This provides a completel;y different menu to that in the ordinary MDR. Any pointers would be much appreciated.

Thanks Eglesbrech, this has been an interesting account. Are you still on Sky Princess this week? Half term holidays in England are now over. Things should return to normal on Sky Princess. We are on the September 3rd cruise when schools have gone back for the new academic year. We will now be following the July 5th cruise to the Baltic . These are 14 day cruises so attract a different type of demographic (hopefully)

Many thanks Lynxie for your answers about the cruise. They will certainly help us as we prepare for the same cruise on September 3rd. Your 45% full sounds lovely especially when compared with the live report from the subsequent cruise. Perhaps it is the war that will be putting some people off an extended cruise in the Baltic Sea. we are looking forward to our cruise very much. We should have gone in 2020 and then in 2021 . Third time lucky we hope!

Do you think this cruise is busy because it is half term in the UK? Do there seem to be a lot of children? is it just a 7 day cruise? I am sorry to hear that the crew are not able to service the high number of passengers that aboard this cruise. Princess should not have booked more passengers than the crew numbers are able to service. That is my view anyway. Please can you continue to update news from Sky zlrincess. Truly hope things improve for you all.

Thank you Lynxie for this information. So Helsinki was cancelled and Berlin was a long way from the port. what were the other ports like and how close to the destination was the berth? Did you do an overnight at Copenhagen? presumably the evening shows were easy to get into with the ship only half full. what were your feelings about Sky Princess compared with othe4 a Princess ships? Did everyone feel safe in the Baltic with the War going on?

It seems to be a very poor way of booking. You waste time filling it in then find that an error has occurred. Hopeless!

I believe the Sky princess Baltic cruise returns to Southampton tomorrow. Can anyone update us on how the cruise has gone. Were all the port days as expected? Any problems?

In the UK we can upgrade for an extra £20 a day. But is it really worth it? We clearly don't need 4 Wifi connections each Nor the photos nor the prizes So it is only worth it, in my opinion, if you are going to be drinking lots of alcohol which are more than $12 Am I missing something?

I read that many cruises in the last year have only allowed ship tours in ports. Has Princess now returned to the normal situation of allowing people to do whatever they like ashore ?

Since we are on Sky princess can anyone confirm that we will be allowed Complimentary Lotus spa Thermal Suite access.
