I say this as someone who has never ordered an entree from the classics section and will probably have no problem with the new menus. I find it difficult to believe there have been more people ordering Indian "off menu" than any of the classic options. It just doesn't make sense that they aren't offering a simple option for all of the pickier eaters out there. It will be interesting to hear as they roll out the menus if it perhaps is possible to order a simple, unsauced chicken breast for example even if it's not on the menu.

December 2021 they had them daily for lunch in the windjammer on the Harmony. Different one each day.

If your only reason for going is how the room looks, perhaps. That's not really why I choose to go, but to each their own

never heard or experienced it being one from each category. In my experience (5 times I think) they pretty much expect to serve you most of the menu. If you see something you don't want to miss, tell your server, otherwise they will ask for your choice of an entrée but other than that they will just bring you dishes. Don't miss the beef entrée.

and I think the cruise must have a min length as well But I don't recall how many nights.
