No question is out of bounds. we always eat in specialty restaurants. We are not “MDR” people. Yes we have a lot of OBC but it not we would still buy the full dining package. That is just something we do but OBC makes it easier. Equinox has limited restaurants so Tuscan becomes our main dining area. Cheers!

Hello from the middle of the Caribbean. Sitting in Al Bacio for a double Expresso, Ruth will be our server. Not a lot to catch up on from yesterday, I do have a couple of observations. We went up to the 14th deck to grab a lounger and have some fresh air. I brought our music and we found a quite spot for two, at least I thought so. We are laying there listening to our musics and all of a sudden two people sit one lounger away from me and then another couple comes and is one lounger away from DW. Why do I make a fuss of this? Take all ok at the loungers! The first couple had left when I took this picture. Are these people lonely? In addition the guy next to me snored! 🙄 Dinner was Tuscan and again the service was fantastic! The kids that have been serving us have been so much fun. Dinner was during sail away. Not a great sun set. The Epic was docked behind us as we said goodbye to Aruba and onto a sea day today. Today is card playing , a talk on the Queen from our British Cruise Director Peter and then Deal or No Deal! Last time we played, last year, walked away with $250! 😀🤑 Lemon Tart and Expresso time. Not sure how the sunset picture got into the last post, anyway decided so far today to stay onboard. Quite and just enjoying the sights. and then some around the deck shots You know the spots. I have to end with this…… a couple is walking past us on our loungers. The wife is in front with the husband following. The wife turns around and ask, I’m I going in the right direction? The husband responded, where are you going? The wife, I don’t know. The husband, then your going in the right direction! 😂😂 Cheers!

Here is something new we are trying, we have always used the clip. I really like these. Can use clips at the bottom but for up top very nice. Easier to pack per DW! Cheers!

Morning from Aruba! we actually are docked downtown! Last year we had the furthest dock away and had to walk to town. 😀 We left Curaçao at 10 PM last night for the short hop over to Aruba. looks like we may hit town today. My nephew was here prior to Christmas and said the local beer called Chill was good. Like to get a pic with one and send it to him. More to come Cheers!

Addition if you are on Equinox before June, you need to see Ernesto! He is the real deal and service outstanding. A family man with a 6 year old and wife expecting in June. we love talking with the service staff and learning about their backgrounds. Ernesto is from the Philippines. When he learned I grew up there for two years in my early life we hit it off. Very proud of his country. Very financially responsible. 7 months out of the year away from his family. Meet Ernesto! Took a walk to guest relations this morning for some more Ernesto and DWI! 😂 took some shots of the interior, as if you have never seen it before….. passport bar Self explanatory 😂 Has anyone ever gotten a pic of Al Bacio without people? 🤔 This area treated me like a bad date last week Where you lose more money, hall of the $10 Pop Up! Who doesn’t like some Gelato! Ensemble Lounge where I used it for the first time last cruise Sushi on 5 World Class Bar, one and done for me. This area I never understood, does it transition you as you go to dinner? 🤔🙄 For those that do, I offer you this. Cheers!

Morning from Curacao! It’s a bitter sweet morning. Dock at a beautiful island on the Caribbean but our Eagles lost! Congratulations to the Chiefs and their fans! I will say Celebrity did a really nice job last night. We were all geared up! plenty of food! great big “TV” B3F59B3D-88F0-4AB5-82FA-558949BE1428.MOV and we’ll attended! it amazes me, Again not the tech guy, to be able to do real time texting with friends from Texas to Philadelphia. Was like watching the game with them. more to come! Cheers!

I’m going to get hammered with this comment, but I have read many comments on lobster. Is the only place on earth lobster is served is on a cruise ship? 😂 So much focus on a lobster meal on a ship. 🤔 Just saying. Cheers

All right it’s 90 minutes to game time so we have a bit of time to talk Hurricane Cards! Before our winter cruise last year I spent two years prior trying to find playing cards that would work in the wind. Finally after searching I found Hurricane Cards! With a name like that could they work. I read many reviews and was sold on trying them, $25 later and buying them online they arrived. We put them to the test last winter and can I say they are outstanding! We play a lot of cards. We would sit at the Sun Set Bar ( of course ) with wind blowing around us, no flying away. If we had one Person walk up we had 20 asking “ how do your cards not blow away?” I could have sold 20 sets if I had them. People would go and get their other half to show them. They Work! Our friends from England who joined us last year play a lot of cards too. We used them while playing with them and they loved them. They didn’t at the time ship to England. They asked why we didn’t think of them and bring a deck for them. Long story short we had bought them a deck and as a gift at the end of the cruise gave them to them. They always send us pics of them using them and how well they hold up. They are in Thailand right now and using enjoying them. So if you are a card player, buy some Hurricane cards! Great review Galaxy2004! it was a great cruise and agree the old girl needs a new dress but still clean and enjoyable! We actually have Jan this week. Our other attendant moved to deck 8 we are on deck 9. I brought him cappuccino this morning when I went to Al Bacio. He was very happy and said it gave him a lift! 😀 hope you follow my love thread and continue cruising with us. Cheers!

It’s Carnaval on Bonaire! today was the kids parade through town. Next weekend the Adults take over! 🎉 hard to see since I took the photos from the ship. next up of course…..say it…..Super Bowl! Question? Has anyone discovered Hurricane Cards? Story to follow! Cheers!

Another sea day, yesterday was quiet. Nothing to report. Today was Captains Celebration. It was held in the Sky Lounge because we have 30 mile an hour winds! you know I wasn’t a fan of Peter on the first cruise but all in all he’s doing a good job. You always see him in his 1970’s shirts. I texted my British friend and asked if he had any of these relics in the cabinet! 😂 he said he did! 🙄 Then the big event of the day was the slot pull! Great group of people organized by Mary. $15 per person and we had a total of $435 in the slot machine. Wheel of Fortune of course. this is Mary! The big pay out! Wait……$12 per person. Come on not that bad. My first pull I covered my $15 by hitting $20. here is the payout. After that it was off to Al Bacio for DW to get a tea and me, down to the passport bar for a double Tito’s! Don’t judge! 🍸 next up prepare for Chic Night! Cheers!
