Maryann, I so wish we could do this. When we took NCL Star from Miami to Barcelona, Spring of 2018 & Returned on Horizon's Inaugural TA, Barcelona to NYC, there was only 3 days in between. If we were a bit younger (about 10 years LOL) & Covid was gone...maybe. Don't think this will happen for us. But, just booked B2B2B Vista Jan. 2024.

A while back, someone posted that the $40 was part of Bermuda's budget through 2023.

I contacted John Heald because our FB group thought we were docked. Heald insisted that we would dock. I insisted he'd tell me where since NCL and Celebrity were docked and there's only 2 'parking spots'. He finally said he'd ask the Captain who confirmed that we were Anchoring. The water Shuttles were Bermuda's.

Just returned from Carnival Legend cruise to Bermuda. I paid $360.00 to take my family of 9. Another pax I met spent $440.00 for her family of 11. Additionally our ship was anchored not docked. Several pax posted that they missed their excursions due to the Shuttles being more than problematic - I'm being polite.

Even if you stay onboard, you still have to pay. Basically you are paying to breathe the Bermuda air.

I really thought they had it on 7 day sailings. Hope they at least had the Gelato at the lunch buffet.

Yes, we could, but if we all wind up in the buffet, Hot Chocolate will be in order. I love their H.C.!

I went to 3 supermarkets on Wednesday just to buy 2 Portobello Mushrooms, 2 of the stores did not have the grapes that were advertised so we had apples instead. Bed/Bath & Beyond had 1 tablecloth in a standard size to fit our table & a local Ice Cream shop had a 45 minute wait Memorial Day because the owner can't get help. Don't know how Spirit Airlines are doing, but Delta passengers had a rough weekend. I didn't want a Tea Time thread to be Hijacked, I just am grateful for what it is. Leaving on June 19th, Legend to Bermuda!

At this point, I'm just happy to be cruising. Grateful for what they still have. On our 20 day Royal, every MDR dinner menu listed Cod. They never had it. Oh well, I ate plenty of other stuff.

Oh well, I'll just hang out at the Soft Serve instead.

Going on a 6 day cruise in 3 weeks. Our recent 7 day had Tea Time. Any idea if a 6 day will have it?

May 1-8 on our Legend cruise, I went to Afternoon Tea. It was still lovely. As the waiter was taking away the sweets cart I asked for an extra Macron for my Gluten Free hubby. He gave me a plateful! We went to 3 Sea Day Brunches. Yes, there's cutbacks, where can you go & not see evidence of that everywhere. Still love Carnival & Cruising. June 19, Bermuda "12 Hour French Toast" here I come!
