  1. So happy to hear they won! We saw them wandering around the Promenade earlier in the evening, and thought they were great!!
  2. Works for me. 😉 Though as long as one of the lounges have a working machine...will try there first for my early morning Java in those. Good to know we have an alternative though on those ships. 🙂
  3. I am not sure access on Wonder will happen any longer. Poor Grace, our beloved Restaurant Manager, met her doom last night!!!. 😮😉 😄
  4. Me neither....but do keep in mind this is first offering. Keep monitoring the prices. I do, and the only reason I book early is to score choice cabin. If it goes down...though it seems that does not happen much lately, you can lower your balance until final payment...then it becomes locked in.
  5. Noticed Alaska 2025 bookings on website early this morning. Waited for Next Cruise to open here on Wonder, went to sign up, but was told they did not get the "green light" to book them yet. Whaaaaat??!! 😲 Told her, I could book it online myself now if I wanted to, plus I found out the TAs had already been booking it for days now. How frustrating for her (and me) that their own Next Cruise agents, employed by RCI are the last to be able to book. IMHO, they should be the first to be able to book. Yet another strike to RCI in my book. She did call me 15 minutes later to let me know she got the go ahead. By then she had a whole page of people waiting to be called to book it. She told me the Alaska bookings were the most stressful for them as they scramble to book them for their pax signed up on the wait list. Luckily were on time to book favorite "hump cabin" GS on Radiance B2B. 🥰
  6. Totally agree ^. Long, long lines on our last Jewel B2B (thankfully we were traditional seating)...and long lines here on Wonder as well.
  7. LOL...yup, we are "old farts". 😄 Used to eat later, enjoying snacks and drinky poos before dinner. Now...(our age showing here) we eat at first seating. Also do traditional first seating in the MDR on ships without a CK. (Really detest what they did to MTD program). It does help us easily make it to the early shows though.
  8. Sign on the former DL here on Harmony is indeed changed to Crown Lounge. SL/CK is just under the threshold for Pinnies. With 71 on board they are under the magic 75 number, thus are let into SL/CK. Ds? Over 500 on board...tiny little DL in the "bilge" on deck 4. Assuming perhaps something had to give. Don't know for sure if they are restricted.
  9. And many need to keep in mind....Labadee is not an island. It is simply a leased point on land on the north side of the country of Haiti. And note to MP...I am like you with Bahamas. I am definitely not a fan of the very corrupt Haitian government.
  10. That was one thing we noticed at Coco Cay yesterday. Stopped by the Chill Grill for our fresh made tacos after our usual "walk the perimeter" with a Coco Loco in hand...and there were no Seagulls near the picnic tables. Very unusual. Though there was a bunch of them down at South Beach.
  11. Here is your burger....you want flies with that sir? 😄
  12. From one "old fart" to another....I totally agree. 😊
  13. Trouble is...those "two tops" are just several inches apart in most cases. At least it is technically a table for two, so you don't have to wait for the extremely close table next to you to order before you do, and don't have to come or go at the same time. Just hope you like your close neighbors. 😉
  14. LOL...my DH always likes to quote the tired old sayings: "Happy Wife, Happy Life". Plus gets the last word in..."Yes Dear". 😄
  15. We as well. Finally booked our first Celebrity cruise on "Connie" doing an 8 night from Tampa up to NO, which we are looking forward to, as we have never sailed up that part of the river. Aqua Class as well, to dine in Blu. Add in pricier, but oh so nice Viking to our line up. Just completed the river ship cruise, will be doing their ocean class next year and their "Expedition" ship. Also have a river cruise with American Queen.
  16. Agree....so many changes (and not for the better IMHO) and so many cutbacks. Even the little things...many little things...gone. Just not the same cruise line now. Hence why after being "loyal to Royal" the last 20 years, we have started booking other lines. With RCI, the prices are skyrocketing. But the experience has lessened...IMHO anyway. No real reason to stay loyal for us any longer.
  17. Ooops...sorry. Currently on Wonder...day 3. Doing B2B, so hoping next week's filet is as good. The fish I had last night was good also.
  18. OMG...the filet last night in CK was fantastic! One of the best steaks we have ever had, and we have been to Chops, Giovannis, and CK many times in the past. This one was the best! 😋
  19. What...say it ain't so...RCI website inaccurate!!?? Can't be. 😄 😄
  20. Yeah, you are right. As soon as I stopped feeding them...they all blew up. Then the gators had a meal.
  21. My point was electing to wait for the same waiters/table if the first seating pax linger over their dessert, coffee, drinks at your table. For example: Currently on Wonder. First traditional dining starts at 5 pm, MTD starts at 6:30...the ship hoping the first seating pax finish up and they can get the table cleared by 6:30 for MTD pax. Main dining decks 3,4, and 5. MTD is only on 4. Which means they have to wait for the first seating pax to finish dinner on deck 4 (the larger main deck).
  22. We simply skip the happy tisers in the lounges. Was tough to get used to it as well, but found it made it easier to make the early shows, when we finished dinner earlier. When we ate later, all I wanted was to go to bed after dinner. Age catching up to me. 😄 Obviously does not work for everyone...but it's what works for us now. 🙂
