Correct, however if you do not select a ship and sail date within 60 days you no longer qualify for the book on board OBC. The sail date can be any available sailing, It just has to be booked within a year or you lose the $200 deposit.

Re read my post. It is $100 for a non refundable booking and $75 for a refundable booking

If you book non refundable it's a $200 deposit and you get $100 obc If you book refundable it's the full deposit of $500 and a $75 obc The above is fir booking a 7 night sailing in a balcony.

My guess is that it is simply a relatively new LA who is not up to speed on the policies. -

I was able to book YYZ to LAX then LAX to HNL (3 hour layover) YVR to YYZ 60k points and $380 total for Toby and I. I did pay an extra $120 in total to select our seats. (and that's in Canadian$)

What happens quite often is that the TA is holding group space. Cabins in the category the TA is holding space in are sold out but the TA is still allowed to book any remaining inventory that they have blocked (TA's only hold space, not specific cabins) at that group rate as a GTY cabin. They could be assigned anything in that category or above.

My wife and son took wetsuits. A few days they had to wait a couple of hours for the temp to get aboe 50 for them to open it.

It's a fine line that I am walking with these cruises now. Vikki still has 6 years to retirement. Taking my son with me on this one kept me out of the doghouse.
