  1. It is for Royal and since we are on a Royal form that is all I was discussing.
  2. The longest a TA can hold a cabin without a name and deposit is 30 days and even that requires a $50 deposit per room. What TA's can do is block off group space that Royal offers. Royal will then pull inventory in order to meet those group obligations.
  3. Get an early boarding time and find a specialty restaurant as soon as you board and make your reservations for the week. It's not that difficult to get times you want.
  4. All 12 of the aft facing D4 balconies are available on deck 14 for the March 30 sailing, Lots of the D4's on deck 12 forward, a bunch of D2 midship deck 12. You need to find a good TA.
  5. Things like that are usually part of a pass through promo that Royal runs with TA's and you wont see them until you board.
  6. Ran into the same issue for clients however having it escalated to resolutions and then revenue I was able to get the cabin moved.
  7. Yes the B categories are a higher category than a D category, slightly larger
  8. Call Royal and have your accounts linked and you will both have the same number of points.
  9. Take a look on the app under Vintages and it will show a bar menu. Up to $14 are included
  10. I don't think it would stop them from sending the ships over it would just make the drydocks easier to schedule and give them options as to which ship went over as opposed to the drydock schedule dictating it.
  11. Balconies overlooking Surfside. Surfside is the new version of the Boardwalk so these balconies are the equivalent of the Boardwalk balcony
  12. They will eventually need to have more than just the one itinerary for Oasis class ships. With 5 OA class now thats one in for a drydock every year. I must say that they did time the deliveries of the big girls well. 2023 Symphony 2024 Oasis 2025 Allure 2026 Harmony 2027 Wonder 2028 Symphony 2029 Oasis, Icon, Utopia Things start to get crowded in 2029. maybe Icon gets delivered very late 2023 then you have 2028 Symphony, Icon 2029 Oasis, Utopia They have a few years to figure it out.
  13. That I am not sure of but it's a negligible amount at that point and a slim possibility that it would happen so I personally would not worry about insuring that even if they did not prorate the port fees and taxes if you had to leave mid cruise.
  14. You never insure for taxes and fees on the cruise fare because those are refunded if you d not sail regardless of reason.
  15. 1. Yes to show reservations 2. You need to make reservations. They will not transfer over 3. Free beer and wine in suite lounge/coastal kitchen from 11 am. cocktail hour roughly 5-8 included mixed drinks. No longer limited to a set menu

Please make sure you are fit to sail and in good health as you prepare for your cruise. Then we’ll do the rest to make sure you have a great vacation.
  17. I'm not familiar with the ports in Europe as much. I know the route Oasis class does but could Icon do the route that Odyssey is doing or does Odyssey max out on ship size for some of those ports.
  18. Perhaps your TA should send Vicki a suggestion.
  19. Would have been nice if they had added complementary access to the Beach Club for GS and above or at least Star class
  20. There are still some that can be booked with only 2. It's a mix. point was that Royal doesn't have a separate category for aft cabins like several other cruise lines do where they charge a premium.
  21. Like I mentioned in other posts. They have been removed by Royal along with a lot of the other D4 staterooms in order t meet group space obligations. I was booking a few yesterday and I knew they were all available and then I went to book another cabin and they were gone. I booked another cabin in the same category and then had to call Royal and ask the agent to call revenue and get them to do the swap. It works for TA's, not sure of it will work for individuals.
  22. Plenty of other ships with the large balcony aft cabins that are the exact same price as the side ones. That is one thing good about Royal is that they don't charge a premium for aft facing balcony cabins.
