I thought I remembered that there was a D-Day charter from May30 to June 8 http://regent.dday75.org/cruise-itinerary/
After that, there is a short gap June 8-18 before another cruise starts in South Hampton.

Ida and Wes,
Safe travels home and thanks for taking us along on your time on the Mariner. I thoroughly enjoyed you posts and look forward to the next - where ever that may be!

Rich,
The Miso Glazed Sea Bass is my favorite main course served on Regent. I always have it on Seven Seas Society night.

Gerry,
Everything is returned ironed/pressed when it goes out to be washed or cleaned . . . .

David,
Regent does a couple of event for the Full cruisers on a World Cruise - the pre-boarding Party and one some time during the trip - most lines do something similar for the Full WC passengers. Yes, the other passengers know about it but it's not a big deal. We do get jackets and polo shirts but again - I've rarely seen anyone make a bid deal out of any of this.
Your comment about people bonding with passengers on earlier segments is normal and happens on almost any cruise you go on - as you know.

Gerrie (do I have the correct name?)
If you send your laundry out by 9am, it is back the same day. If later than that, the next day.

I was in 614 late September/early October '18. All the statistics are standard and there was no noise.
I normally have a veranda cabin but wanted to be near the friends I was traveling with on deck6. I didn't really miss the veranda due to the weather - chilly with some rain and liked deck6 as well b/c everything is so convenient. I do prefer deck 8, mid-ships. I like to walk up the stairs but 4 flights to La Veranda is tough for me so deck 8 - 2 flights up - works better for me.
Thanks for doing this!

Paul is very professional at pulling the group together - helping them understand their job so in the long run, it is to all our benefit.
I'm glad to hear the group is good!

Hi Gilly,
When I saw the picture of the publication - in the other thread - I realized I had received it earlier this Fall - but no Officers List in the US version. Too bad, it's nice to know who will be "in charge".
We all realize that things change and what is published in September, may not be actuality in January - not a big deal.
>>Australian members don't appear to get a copy at all - but then they do have sunshine<< Lucky for them.
And of course, there is no logic to any of this!

I was in a window cabin on dec6 in September/October - the windows do not open.

Yes, I'm quite sure he is . . . .and I think there is a brand new Production group on board. I'm sure he's working with them.
Does that make the situation correct? No but it's most likely the reason.

Wes,
I was glad to see the "stick" dance is back in Krew Kapers. I hope it's true for all the ships.
Your posts are terrific as are Rich's!
Thanks for taking us all along

The Captain is still on board. He walks every day . . .

Zsqueze- great read as always!
Thanks! Peggy

Rich,
I love yours and Ginny's story! Clearly a good decision for both of you.
Regent doesn't stop in Lahina these days - the new port is Kahalui, on the opposite side of Maui. NCL has a dock there. It's a 45 minute bus rid to Lahina.

Just googled Command Holders and of course I've seen them . . . .
-
Bill (and Wendy),
The walls are metal but the wall paper is too heavy for most magnets to work. On the older ships, there were still some un-papered areas but on the Explorer, I had no luck at all.
I don't know what command strips are but if they work - great.
I guess I'll have to be creative in the future!

Joyce,
You're welcome!

Jollyjoyce,
The listing for January on the Navigator is correct. I can't speak for any of the other ships
Captain Ubaldo Armolino
GM Nicki Sheils
CD Jamie Logan
And a question: were the Seven Seas Society pages a hard copy? mailed to you?
I see you're in the UK - and to Regent - do the clients in the US get the same publication?

Was there supposed to be re-provisioning in San Diego? And if so, what will happen to those items?

I think the CD will be Paul Reynolds . . . . . not a clue as far as entertainers are concerned.

Wendy,
The Gala for the 2017WC was held at the Biltmore - and then we sailed out of Miami the following day.
