  10. When Royal Caribbean Cruise Line (RCCL) ships visit Phuket, they may either dock or tender, depending on the season and specific cruise itinerary. High Season (November to April): Ships typically anchor near Patong Bay, and passengers are tendered to shore using small boats. Monsoon Season (May to October): Ships usually dock at the Phuket Deep Sea Port at Ao Makham.
  11. We will both on the Discovery Princess. I plan not to take direct flight from Singapore back home, will layover 1-2 days in Japan, more likely flying Singapore Airline. If you looking for budget airfares, check out Scoot, Air Japan and ZIPAIR Tokyo. May be fly to Japan with layover in Shanghai for Shanghai Disneyland Park😜
  12. If you sail on RCCL Quantum-Class ships, then dock at Seogwipo Gangjeong Cruise Terminal, Jeju south side. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/aus/en/cruise-to/jeju-seogwipo-south-korea?msockid=212e52c348146a7933c541784c14680d

  14. If you do your homework, you shouldn't have problem navigating in any major hub. The complex ones are Tokyo Shinjuku Station, Osaka-Umeda Station. Most foreigners thinking Google Map online will do the station navigation, unfortunately cell phone reception inside a station is weak and google map does not display 3D station mapping on multiple levels. Taxi fare from Osanbashi cruise terminal to YCAT is about ¥2,200. The terminal taxi stand dispatcher knows English will translate to the driver. Below is YCAT floor map: taxi will drop off at southside taxi stand, luggage carts are available nearby. To access the building, go to the right follow the orange cart way line, up the ramp and through a secret automatic sliding door to YCAT terminal. Tickets to Haneda airport must purchase through a vending machine (select English instructions). Go to Y3 to board the bus, tell the curbside porter that you travel to Terminal 2 and he will load your luggage to the correct underneath storage. Bus will drop off on T2 departure level (2F), take the elevator down to arrival floor (1F) to purchase bus ticket to Tokyo Disney (board at bus stop #6 in T2). https://tokyo-haneda.com/en/floor/terminal2/index.html https://tokyo-haneda.com/en/access/bus/index.html
  15. After 10:45am, you take Haneda airport bus from YCAT (Yokohama City Air Terminal) in Sky Bldg (not Yokohama Station), get off at Haneda T2 for the bus to Tokyo Disney https://www.keikyu-bus.co.jp/en/airport/h-disney/

If no taxi available in city center or busy traffic. Follow post #26 instructions, Japanese are very helpful, there are Starbuck, MaxValu superstore, and Don Quijote (Japan Walmart) in the mall, if they offer tax-free shopping, staffs do understand simple English. Only one mile distance, you have no problem getting back to cruise terminal.
  19. Any hotel after airport security is call transit hotel designated for transit passengers only. Haneda T3 hotels are before security: The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda - access at the departure area. Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport and Hotel Villa Fontaine Premier Haneda-Airport are connect to T3. Don't know if Day-Use rooms are available.

  23. You're welcome. I think ship excursion on Hiroshima and Miyajima is US $100/pp If you plan using public transport, either setup an e-suica card on your iphone or iwatch, or purchase an IC card, save your time on ticket purchase for each journey. There is a 100 yen tourist tax to Miyajima, will tag on your ferry fare. I will revisit Hiroshima during my Sept Japan cruise.
  24. You can pay with cash, credit card, debit card, or GrabPay. Just choose your preferred method when booking your ride.
