First Night Done Right--Chops or Giovanni's for seafood?

We've never dined in a specialty restaurant, and plan to just once on our upcoming Serenade sailing--on the first night. I am a pescatarian (I eat seafood, no meat/poultry), husband is a full-fledged carnivore. Between Chops and Giovanni's for dinner, which would you suggest for the seafood? Thanks!

I would prefer Giovanni's, for the variety of starters/appetizers.

Chops has the seafood tower option, check it out, although these cost even more on top of the regular specialty dining fee.
