Born and raised in Baltimore and lived there for over 30 years. On April 22 it could be 40 degrees or it could be 90 degrees. The average high for that day of year is 56.

He's right ya know. This year by itself, we had temps in the 70s in JANUARY. But on the first day of Spring, got slammed with snow. Granted, most of the Northeast got nailed, but we're odd like that. I believe this snow was our first real snow of this winter, but since winter technically ended, we could say its the first snow of NEXT winter season?

Nine inches fell on my deck in Frederick County between Tuesday and Wednesday this week. And yup, it was 70+ in both January AND February.

The temperature by midday of day one "should" be good. But that all depends on mother nature. Don't worry about things you don't control.

Having fun and enjoy you cruise!
