Is Sabor on board the FOS the original menu with the Mole short rib

Or is it the new menu of the Oasis class

Had a great meal there last Jan when we were on the Freedom. With that being said I thought it was going to be just like the Mex restaurant like on the Allure, grab a few tacos and a beer. Found out Sabor was a full scale restaurant with full scale prices. Walked in about 1 pm for a bite and beer walked out with a Tab of $140.00 for 4 of us, great food and drinks, and I learned a lesson...
