Zaandam entertainment question

Does the Zaandam currently have a BB king Blues Club? If not does anyone know if they will have one by next summer? We were on the Koningsdam in June and it was the entertainment highlight of the whole cruise. Thanks!

Rotterdam was the only "S" or "R" class vessel to have the BB Kings band onboard and it appears it is being discontinued based on reports from her first post drydock sailing. Taking that into consideration I would not expect them to be on the Zaandam.

BB Kings will continue to be offered on the Vista, Signature and Pinnacle class ships.

I don't believe that the BB King's band is on the Zaandam which is a disappointment to me as well since we be on that ship in March. They weren't on our Volendam cruise this past March either. Sorry!

We were on Zaandam in March and definitely no BB King's BB. Having sailed a few months before on Eurodam and seen a BBK band, boy, did we miss them! It's difficult to see where they could be accommodated on much smaller Zaandam so they probably won't be a feature next year either. Too bad - they're fantastic and certainly blow away any complaints that "HAL ships are dead after 10pm".

I agree. We were there nearly every night on a 14 day cruise on the Koningsdam, and sometime stayed for 2 sets!

ONO! :(We will miss them on our upcoming December Zandaam cruise. Even though the BBK Band could only play "corporate-approved music", each time we saw them on HAL it was our go-to night-time entertainment. Except for the time the Harry James Orchestra was on-board!

So does that mean Zaandam no longer has Explorations Lounge, and Adagio?:')

Per our Sept. cruise, Zaandam does not have Lincoln Center Stage. Adagio plays in the Explorer's lounge, piano player in the Mix, and sometimes a group in the Ocean Bar. Think there may have been late night music in the Crow's Nest but we did not go there.

Is there any entertainment in the Wajang Theater at night?
