Can someone tell me where the Concierge desk is located. We were on in March & don’t remember seeing it. We are going again in November & would like to make our reservations there. Thanks

It's on Deck 14, center, just forward of the aft staircase in the Concierge Lounge. This is only for full suite passengers. If you are not in a full suite you will have to use the regular routes for whatever reservations you want.

It’s actually quite nice. I used it every morning on our recently concluded transatlantic to fill our travel mugs with freshly ground coffee. The concierge is very helpful with excursion bookings, dinner reservations, boarding passes at end of cruise, etc.

How about on the CB?

I checked the plan for Deck 14 and found only the Terrace Pool.

Concierge Lounges are a relatively new feature on Princess. Only found on Royal, Regal and Majestic Princess so far.
