Note that some think the blow dryers are not powerful enough, and also the dryers have a button that must be continuously pressed to keep them running.

Thanks for the info about the dryer button. We have seen that on other cruises. For me, I would rather deal with holding the button vs the lost luggage space with bringing my own dryer. I have also read about the rubber band idea, but have not yet tried that. Thanks, again!!

I bring my own, or I'd spend all my time trying to dry my hair! Their dryers are the small, hotel-style snub nosed ones. They do get hot, but heat isn't the reason you BLOW dry...they don't blow worth a damn!
