No, all the staff are busy getting ready to sail.

It is more Afternoon tea than High Tea but not on embarkation day

I have a affection for the Marina and the people who work there, having spent so much time there in the last few visits. It's also the best and safest place to walk in PV, based on my experience. When I say *safe,* I mean that the Marina malecon is a level area in which to walk and not worry too much about tripping on uneven pavement. Flat -- no stairs -- no cobblestones.
