How far is the Nearest Beach

Can anyone tell me, how far the nearest beach is from the cruise ship. We will be on the Carnival Conquest, the 6th of December. Thank you, John Cates

I asked about the 7 mile beach break excursion from the ship, and folks have been giving me great advice. Seems 7 mile beach is close to where the tenders dock, you can either walk if up to it, or taxis are readily availabale to take you there, some have quoted as little as 4 dollars pp up to 8 pp, guess it depends on the taxi and you have to ask the driver about the charge. Most people are saying that either Sea Grape or Reef Grill are good choices for beach/swimming. Hope this helps or go look what folks have to say re my inquiry about 7 mile beach break. Have fun.:)

7 mile beach is about 5.5 miles long. The taxi fares depend on what part of the beach you are going to. The farther you go the more it costs. There are also a couple of different piers so that could slightly affect the fare also.
