Bob7 Posted September 6, 2009 #1 Share Posted September 6, 2009 Does anyone know the recipe for RCI’s key lime martini? We got it from the bartender and then lost it (martinis will do that to ya). It has Absolut vanilla vodka, lime cordial, and 2 or 3 other ingredients, and none on the net seem to be right. Thx. -Bob

Bob7 Posted September 7, 2009 Author #4 Share Posted September 7, 2009 SF2, thx for replying, but RCI's didn't use pineapple juice, and the lime was Rose's lime cordial or juice. Job09, the bartender said it was RCI's own recipe. -Bob

linedancer Posted September 7, 2009 #6 Share Posted September 7, 2009 I also heard that in Key West they put crumble graham cracker crumbs around the rim. So it is like drinking Key Lime Pie, crust and all. UMMMMM now I can't wait. I didn't know RCCI had their own receipe. Irene

NewSalt Posted July 7, 2018 #19 Share Posted July 7, 2018 We took the martini class on Serenade in February, and the recipe was: .5 oz. Lemoncello .5 oz. Absolut Citron .5 oz. Rose’s lime juice 1 oz. vanilla ice cream .5 oz. milk He used lime peel on the rim and floated a dash of cinnamon on top. I suspect each bartender has his own version, but that was Julio’s recipe. Smiley525 Posted July 7, 2018 #20 Share Posted July 7, 2018 I need to try this! Are there any other cocktail threads! I love trying new drinks and I kept trying to find some good ones on the grandeur-it was hit or miss. I’d love one then order it again and no good. I think I need to just find a good bartender and stick with them
