Enchantment Dining Question

We are sailing on Enchantment on the 5 night western route (FLL, Key West, Cozumel, Belize City, At Sea, FLL). We want to eat at Chops, but don't want to miss Formal Night in the MDR.

 

Does anyone know which night is Formal Night?

It was Key West night a year and a half ago. Hopefully someone will be by who's been on that route more recently, but the second night is usually a pretty predictable bet, especially since your only "at sea" day is your last night when you'll be already packed to go home.

Formal night is the second night (Key West night). The ship leaves Key West quite early, around two PM.
