jezzdogg Posted January 8, 2005 #1 Share Posted January 8, 2005 We just received our new Crown and Anchor mag., from RCI and they have this new level of Diamond Plus for cruisers with over 24 credits, did not really tell you what the benefits are, but can Celebrity he far behind. Guess with so many cruisers getting higher status due to their sister company sailings RCI has added this new level
AFT_LOVER Posted January 8, 2005 #2 Share Posted January 8, 2005 as I elect you to phone RCCL to info on the new level. Bet they re getting plenty of call if they didn't state the perks attached in the magazine.

C 2 C Posted January 8, 2005 #4 Share Posted January 8, 2005 Princess also introduced their Elite after 15 sailings... too many had Platinum, the equivalent to Celeb's Elite... One of the nice Platinum perks with Princess is their free internet.. their regular rates are only half of Celebrity's. Princess elite also gets free laundry. Still not enough to entice me back.. Service, food and activities on board are superior on Celebrity.
starsjohn Posted January 8, 2005 #5 Share Posted January 8, 2005 Oh, I hope Celebrity goes for it as I have over 26 cruises with them and another 5 this year. I do like the Elite benefits with Princess as free internet and free laundry are so helpful on those long 25 plus day trips. John

Anyone tell me what the personalised amenity is yet? I will be sailing on the European Members Cruise April 28th 2007, Navigator of the Seas 7 nights. This will be my first cruise as a Diamond Plus Member.
poetic license Posted September 25, 2006 #7 Share Posted September 25, 2006 In all honesty, the Celebrity frequent cruiser "program" isn't much of a program at all. Since they really don't do much of anything for their most loyal customers, I don't really expect they will add an additional level to their program. :( I hope I'm wrong! ;) If they DO add an additional upper tier, I hope it has benefits that are actually worth sailing for.
