starfish216 Posted May 6, 2014 #51 Share Posted May 6, 2014 Oh by the way the closet is huge. It's a real walk in closet. It's a little bigger than what you see in the photo below. We didn't get a full picture because we couldn't step back far enough. http://s989.photobucket.com/user/dragonfly94-2010/media/IMG_4251.jpg.html http://s989.photobucket.com/user/dragonfly94-2010/media/IMG_4252.jpg.html?sort=3&o=6 The shelving with the safe is between the closet and the desk. http://s989.photobucket.com/user/dragonfly94-2010/media/IMG_4255.jpg.html
Horshamflyer Posted March 2, 2016 #52 Share Posted March 2, 2016 I've done a guarantee booking for a suite on the Harmony 4 night cruise. We've already been allocated a JS. It's a chance you take with the guarantee but I really I think it's a cheek to include the JS in the suite category as I'm told SO often on the ships that it's only a deluxe balcony with no perks. So how do RCCL get away with marketing it as a suite? I had hoped for a GS then I would've been pleased with my decision to go with the extra cost from balcony to suite. Now I just feel 😕 . At least it will get me to Diamond + for my next cruise 😊
kimark Posted March 2, 2016 #53 Share Posted March 2, 2016 Are Jr. Suite guests allowed to eat in the Costsl Kitchen for lunch? I thought I had read where they could eat lunch but not dinner there.

No, JS guests only have access to CK at dinner.

twindaddy Posted August 5, 2016 #57 Share Posted August 5, 2016 I am in a tapered hump JS on the Harmony in March. Will I have a lounger? Or even room for one? A man who looks very much like me has been able to magically make a lounges appear on his balcony late at night on Princess a few times.
MrsPete Posted August 5, 2016 #58 Share Posted August 5, 2016 Just not sure why RCI calls the JS a suite. I've always thought the same thing. it is in no way "a suite". Of course' date=' most of the other "suites" aren't really suites either. An actual suite is a series of rooms; [i']typically[/i] a sitting room and a separate bedroom. The real answer: By attaching the word "suite" to what's actually just a larger room, they can charge more money. Perceived value.
