so now i have to looks for a nice upscale restaurant ( may be italian) in a good location as as Blueherons says need advise for the best location to watch teh fireworks

Well if you don't just give us a wave as you pass by the Bimini Boatyard (if you do that is) - have requested a table by the water so we'll be watching all the marine craft going by while we tuck in. Can't wait!!! and whatever happens we plan to see those fireworks.

DH and I also in Fort Lauderdale on New Years Eve. Don't know if we will be up to see them as we are starting our day at 3:30 AM out of Boston, but we will be having dinner at Hyatt Pier 66, anyone know if we will have a good view of them from the Hyatt as this is also where we are staying that night. any information would be greatly appreciated.
