Usually all the itineraries are released starting about Feb/March/April

for the following year. You have a few months to wait for May.

I was looking for Europe (Mediterranean) just tonight and I didn't see that it was available???

Just off Solstice today and were told that May 2011 and forward European cruises would be listed in March. Don't know about other destinations.

It looks like Celebrity has added May 2011-April 2012 to the sailing calendar on the Celebrity website. At this point, the only ship that has sail dates past April 2011, is Xpedition, which now has sailings listed through April 2012. As we've seen in years past, Xpedition's itineraries are always announced first.
