What can you tell me about FOS Room #6576?

We just booked this room and I was wondering what we can expect for noise. Just wondering if deck 6 is a desirable location?

Hi,

We were on Deck 6 on the Independence (sister ship)

Room location is quiet. Great deck to access the Royal Promenade for a quick snack :)

I had a center hump on deck 6 (6340) . There were no problems with noise and the location convenient once we reached the floor .

 

The only issue (if it is even an issue) is more the deck. We like to take the stairs and deck 6 to most anywhere is at least a 3-6 flight climb. 5 flights to the pool. The only time is was convenient was going from the promenade to the cabin was only one flight. We selected this cabin as we considered it to be centrally located for a large ship. Next time we will opt for a higher floor, even if it means a walk down the hallway.
