Ashpalo Posted March 22, 2010 #2 Share Posted March 22, 2010 My cruise stayed the same, too. Maybe they just haven't updated it yet??? Ashley :)

Frank12 Posted March 22, 2010 #4 Share Posted March 22, 2010 Just a marketing ploy! BTW Thanks for the reminder. Today is DW's birthday!
shipty2 Posted March 22, 2010 #5 Share Posted March 22, 2010 Mine went up by 300 bucks for 3 passengers. Now I am planning my first all inclusive in years instead of a cruise.

mferris77 Posted March 22, 2010 #8 Share Posted March 22, 2010 It's not even 9am on the east coast, where their head offices are. I doubt they've been updated yet.
Ashpalo Posted March 22, 2010 #9 Share Posted March 22, 2010 I just double checked the announcement on the website. It states that the prices were supposed to be updated at midnight. So - unless they're running late in getting them updated - looks like the prices are what they are. Ashley :)
Traveler353 Posted March 22, 2010 #10 Share Posted March 22, 2010 They did say the increases would be up to 5%. Maybe staying closer to the 0% end. I am tracking several cruises and have not seen any changes, yet.
wasiii Posted March 22, 2010 Author #11 Share Posted March 22, 2010 It's not even 9am on the east coast, where their head offices are. I doubt they've been updated yet. .....this way it would not have an effect on the website during high traffic times. wasiii

cv322 Posted March 22, 2010 #13 Share Posted March 22, 2010 It's March 22nd...and it's MY birthday!!! My cruise next month on the Miracle is paid in full, no increase there. I think the 5% is just for summer sailings.
Ken076 Posted March 22, 2010 #14 Share Posted March 22, 2010 Don't for get the price increase is only for the 3 months summer sailings. ken
poobears Posted March 22, 2010 #15 Share Posted March 22, 2010 I don't remember all of the prices but they look the same to me. The suite prices are for sure the same. The only noticeable different I can see is the fun saver option is now gone for everything but suites, last night it was still there for all but OV I think. No increases here. CJinFLA00 Posted March 22, 2010 #16 Share Posted March 22, 2010 I'm booked on Legend for 7/25 and have been watching prices like a hawk. The price has not increased from last week to today. In fact, last Thursday the 4A dropped 10bucks.
cruisinwithdad Posted March 22, 2010 #17 Share Posted March 22, 2010 The prices on our cruise in June started going up a couple of weeks ago. We sail June 12th. We booked early saver and I kept waiting to see if there were any price drops....nope....just increases. Guess I am still glad we booked the early saver...and saved $$. RuthieandTony Posted March 22, 2010 #18 Share Posted March 22, 2010 Our cruise has done nothing but increase since booking back in October. We are sailing the Elation out of Mobile on 06-14-10. Our booking price was $489 per person, and this morning was $759 for the same ocean view 6B cabin. This is up $40 since yesterday. While we didn't get any discounts, I'm very pleased that we booked when we did. :D

Earthworm Jim Posted March 22, 2010 #24 Share Posted March 22, 2010 Mine went up by 300 bucks for 3 passengers. Now I am planning my first all inclusive in years instead of a cruise. Sorry to hear you got priced out of a cruise. It's too bad they didn't warn you in advance that they were going to be increasing prices so you could have booked before the increase.
