May 23rd we are going on the Freedom for our honeymoon. We have a Junior Suite. What are the chances, if we can not get a free upgrade to a Grand Suite, that they will at least give us access to the concierge lounge?

slim....unless you are a diamond or diamond plus member and then you will have access to the diamond lounge.

 

we had a junior suite on freedom and were not allowed in conceirge club, but we are diamond members, so that was very nice.

No CL for JS's...sorry! But, you won't be missing that much!

A JS is a perfect way to cruise....plenty of space and comfort, but without the high pricetag of the true suites!

Almost everyone on the ship will be celebrating something...birthdays, honeymoons, anniversaries, graduations....whatever! If they made exceptions for those "milestones", EVERYONE would be stuffed in the CL!

After 29 cruises, I have yet to get a free upgrade on any RCL ship. The prices on the Liberty dropped significantly a few weeks ago and it would have only been another $100 or so to upgrade from a JS to a GS at the time, so you may want to check into the pricing again. I elected, to take the $450 per person price drop and stay in the JS instead. The only way to get into the concierge lounge is to be in a GS or higher or to be Diamond Plus.
