I guess by some definitions WE are table hogs. We always get a table first, DH and the kids get seated while I go get food for the kids, then I go get food for myself, then DH goes and get foods for himself....this all takes some time, but after the first round there are people eating at the table.

As far as eating hot food together, as was mentioned in a previous thread.....well, we haven't eat hot food at the same time since 2002....LOL j/k.

If we were at a large enough table for some one to join us, by all means....we don't mind. Course, most the time people see a toddler and an infant and steer clear.....LOL. But, we frequently have lots of Grandmas and Grandpas come by throughout the meal to talk to the kids (this happens in restaurants too, not just cruises).
