Hard to tell from that angle. Many ships that are not listed cruise into Santorini.

However some of the port cams are coming on line now.

Heres one with right date and time....

no ships showing , but looks like a glorious day.

I read on one of the blogs there was a lot of complaints about a poor quality tour in Istanbul, some pax said they were going to cancel the rest of the ship's shorex in protest.

 

Big call that, still 70 days to go I think.

 

I guess that is where you have read the excursions carefully that easy istanbul has the blue mosque under photo opportunity and not What you visit....

 

looks like a lot of those "easy" tours do a lot of drive by's for those who don't want to do a lot of walking... that is why we are will avoid those...

 

I am sure as a cruise progresses you become more confident at doing your own thing and make friends on board who will do it with you ....

Thats a quiet day..

When we were there they had 6 ships, but some only stay 1/2 a day.

In the Med you have to get used to crowds.:eek:

Yes - you have to read the description of the various ship's tours very carefully. They do in fact tell you exactly what you get on the tour - but there is a bit of "code" to decipher. I recall on a coach tour through Europe - "perhaps tonight you may like to....." meant that you could do something additional at extra expense, if you wished to.

Santorini is our most fav port in the world......have had many fabulous days there looking forward to many more.....

 

According to the cruise ship schedule ships due 29 June are:

 

COSTA VICTORIA - 0700 - 1330

 

LE LEVAND -08:00 – 22:00

 

ROYAL IRIS -09:00 – 18:00

 

ANKARA - 11:00 – 22:00

 

SAPPHIRE - 17:00 – 23:59
