I just got a note from Cruise Critic congratulating me on my 1,000th post. WHO KNEW!! Figured that this would be as good a time as any to thank all of you for your help, advice, good humour, encouragement etc over the past few years.

 

Cruising is a lifestyle choice and I couldn't be part of a better chosen lifestyle with the nicest people around. I'll be posting this on the boards I frequent just so that you know, even though we haven't met many of you have become valued parts of my life. Thanks again for all the super cruises.

Tsk Tsk Tsk. Shame on you TT for knocking folks with multi-thousands of posts :rolleyes: Ok I realize it was in jest. But seriously, Lois has given great advice to solos and fashion deprived (yep just like me) for a long time and I'm grateful.

 

Now, as to my next cruise... well that will be a while unless I win the power ball or something. I've been out of work for a while so it will take some time for me to get back on my feet once I do find a job (still optimistic) but you can bet it will be the first play money I spend.

Lois is the ultimate TRUE solo cruiser she knows exactly what its like to travel and be on a ship "by ourselves". One of the very few posters whom I look forward to learning from when I read her posts. She REALLY has me pondering Celebrity I see the ships all the time in port and they look great.
