nitnee Posted June 25, 2010 #1 Share Posted June 25, 2010 Any advice on which place is best for a lounge chair?....prefer shade and quiet, but not mandatory. Pool not mabdatory either Thx
Rare TracieABD Posted June 25, 2010 #2 Share Posted June 25, 2010 If you really want your own "dedicated" chair, you can try the Sanctuary. There is an upcharge ($20 per day), but you will have quiet, comfort, shade. It is just a thought...:)
mytime53 Posted June 25, 2010 #3 Share Posted June 25, 2010 Our favorite place was deck 17 aft as far as you can go. There was room for a couple of chairs on deck 16 that I thought looked like a great place, but those spots were usually taken by the time we got back on board on a port day. We prefer quiet, and a mix of sun and shade...we found all that there...plus not too far from a restroom and a bar. The amount of shade will vary with time of day and direction of sailing, so not sure it would work right now.
BosoxI Posted June 25, 2010 #4 Share Posted June 25, 2010 I can tell you the lchairs on our balcony were splattered with paint and one had a very noticeable hole in it. Not very nice
robgvic Posted June 25, 2010 #5 Share Posted June 25, 2010 I love the area near the Lotus Pool. There are always chairs there and it is quiet. Very few children as the pool is adult only. It is right beside the sanctuary. I hope BosoxI is not trying to cause problems here
DonnaK Posted June 25, 2010 #6 Share Posted June 25, 2010 The Terrace Pool in the rear of the Riviera Deck. It's adults only, nice and quiet, and shaded by Skywalkers overhead.

BosoxI Posted June 26, 2010 #11 Share Posted June 26, 2010 Did you call Passenger Services Desk to have them replaced? Sure did. The holely one was immediately re[aired; the others waited until 2 days before disembarkation. Not a big deal but annoying
