Are the steam room & sauna on the Crown co-ed or are the entrances off of the separate locker rooms?

Not co-ed but inside the respective locker rooms. Bring your cruise card as I noticed a card reader needed to be used to access the locker rooms on our last trip - not sure why they did this. Steam room is the best. I'm good for at least two per day! :D I leave the cabin bath for my DW and take all my showers up there too!

maybe so they know someone is in there. On one cruise an older women fell asleep in the sauna and supposedly got burned or something. Sometimes in those saunas and steamrooms off the lockerrooms, there is noone around. So if you are missing they could find you.

Hi There,

There are saunas in the changing rooms,

however in the thermal suite area all are open to those that pay for them.

Hello Shogun,

What is the thermal suite area? And how much does it cost?

Thermal Suite is a co-ed more extensive steam and sauna. Heated tile loungers, several different steam and saunas, rainshowers, etc.  Usually runs around $149 pp for a week
