I will be cruising in 9 days and I hope to be able to lose a couple of more pounds before I leave. I hope that everyone is a loser this week or a stay-the-samer. If not, good luck with next week. The tape measure technique is better for me to do weekly. I will weigh-in every once in a while and report in. Good luck everyone. I hope y'all do better than me. Well, the goal is 15 more lbs and I have 78 days til I leave for the Miracle...I am now back on my WOE and more determined to get into that new bathing suit I bought (and could wear) last year! Deb in Cali Posted February 10, 2005 #5 Share Posted February 10, 2005 Good morning everyone, I have lost one pound this week. Sheila, please don't get discouraged. I went two weeks without losing anything also, remember? That next week I lost 1 lb, so in three weeks time I has only lost one pound. Stay on course and you will get there. I am struggling with staiying on course even tho I am currently losing. I try to think of it as a marathon race, you can think about the whole 26 miles. I was extremely surpised and pleased when I stepped on the scale today and it read 142.8 Congrats to all you loosers, so glad to see a lot more loosers this week. I think last week was a record for the most Stay-The-Samers. With a lot of hard work I might actually get to 138 before our cruise in 4 weeks. Now We have Valentine's Day coming! Always something to test "our willpower"..now it's Love and Chocolate or is it the.. Love of Chocolate!
