mitchella51 Posted August 10, 2010 #1 Share Posted August 10, 2010 I have read on various threads that there is "Priority Check In" on cruises. I checked with my travel agent and this is their reply: There is no “priority” check in service available however some priority is given to those in wheelchairs etc. I have seen P&O produced passes used before but these were P&O staff and supplier guests invited on board by P&O for promotional purposes. So who gets Priority Check Inn ?
Kiwi Kruzer Posted August 10, 2010 #2 Share Posted August 10, 2010 When you have seen it on the boards before it may have been in relation to Princess Cruises. They have priority check in , (it comes when you print out your boarding pass ), but in reality sometimes the normal check in moves quicker.:D
Sandielle Posted August 10, 2010 #3 Share Posted August 10, 2010 On P&O cruises passengers booked in suites and mini-suites can have priority check-in/boarding, but it's no big deal! Last cruise we had ticket C for boarding and we were called less than 10 minutes after the priority crowd.
thied Posted August 10, 2010 #4 Share Posted August 10, 2010 we have used priority check-in on a few cruises and we find it great. The checking in part is well worth it, as you dont have to stand in the huge line to check in. as for boarding yes it can only about 10 min before there rest but it can also be an hour before the rest. on P&O
