Other than Georgetown, Cayman Islands, is there another port that has a "Swim with Stingrays" option? Thanks.

There are many ports in the world; have you tried googling the name of the port you are interested in and looking for this type of excursion? You could also go to the Ports of Call section of this webpage.

I did post this on your other thread, one that I know has this is Nassau. We have done both there and Grand Cayman, GC was much better.

Belize is pretty cool - although there are a number of "Shark Ray" locations. Cozumel also has one, but I don't like that they debarbed the rays.
