David: Thank you for the report. I see the Rotterdam is back in Sitka. It is hard to believe that it was eight weeks ago that I was there. Have a great day.

Today the elegant and beautiful m.s. Volendam is docked at Canada place in Vancouver. People who are sad their vacation is over have just disembarked the ship. People who are sailing today on this wonderful ship are either having breakfast or packing up or on their way to the "vacation of a life time." The Volendam will make two more cruises to Alaska this season and then two weeks from today she will make her voyage to places "down under" as they say.

David, thank you for that advice. Was able to watch the Volendam sail via the northvancouver webcam today. Just caught her, as she left early. It's hard to believe that we will be on board next week, as it's so long since we booked.:)
