Upgrade fairy

I just got visited by the upgrade fairy or rather the upgrade email. We are cruising in November on the Miracle and had an obstructed balcony view on the upper deck and for $40 total we just got moved up three decks to the panorama deck to an extended balcony. We have only cruised a few times and this is our first balcony cabin but this just seems like an absolutely fabulous deal to me. Is it really to good to be true?

i just got a call from carnival asking i wanted to upgrade from an inside cabin to an oceanview cabin for 50 dollars per person. Its on the same deck as my inside cabin, i kindly refused the offer since i like my current inside cabin spot

I would have taken it for $40 to a extended balcony ... never mind you now have a unobstructed view.
