Charlottetown, P.E.I.: Restaurant Recommendation for some P.E.I. mussels

"Flex Mussels" (really, that's the restaurant's name) in Charlottetown, on Peakes Quay. http://travel.nytimes.com/travel/guides/north-america/canada/prince-edward-island/charlottetown/65345/flex-mussels/restaurant-detail.html

The PEI location closed up last year, they are now in NYC. You can try Lobster on the Wharf or Water Prince Corner shop which are both near the cruise dock. You can probably get them in just about any restaurant in Charlottetown for that matter. I usually just prepare them at home but I'm sure some others have some experiences they could share.

Now that is disappointing. Their Summerside location was best -- with the picnic tables. I see that's closed too ... crap. I make a Wilbur version, with Pernod, anise seed, shallots, green onions and a bit of fish stock at home -- a recipe I happily adapted from them.

Scott.
